Combine sugar and cornstarch, then gradually stir in the boiling water,
stirring for 5 minutes on low heat. Remove from heat and add margarine,
vanilla and salt. Serve over Angel Food Cake, lowfat custards and puddings,
fat-free pastries, fruit gelatins or fresh fruit, especially bananas,
mangos, and other non-citrus fruits. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
1/2 c Sugar
1 c Boiling water
1 tb Cornstarch
2 tb Diet unsalted margarine
1 ts Pure vanilla flavoring
1 pn Salt
