Yakitori Sauce

Ingredients:

6 tb Sake
1/2 c Dark soy
3 tb Mirin
2 tb Sugar

Instructions:
Place all ingredients in small saucepan. Bring to boil and cook over
medium heat for 3 minutes. Remove from heat; set aside 5 minutes. Use to
brush meats, poultry, or vegetables.
