Yogurt Dressing for Fruit

Ingredients:
- 1 c Low calorie cottage cheese
- 1 c Plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 tb Honey
- 2 tb Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tb Pineapple juice (optional)
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in blender container and blend until smooth. Serve
over fruit platter or fruit salad. Calories: 11 per Tablespoon. Yield:
2-1/2 cups.
