Yogurt Shakes

Ingredients:
- 1 c Plain yogurt
- 1 c Orange juice
- 1 Banana
- Fruit (e.g. a handful of
- -berries; a peach, 1/2
- -mango, etc.)
Instructions:
Here's one that's quick and very good. I use fresh fruit in the summer
and frozen in the winter.
Toss it all into the blender and puree. Makes one big or two small
shakes.
