Zabaglione Sauce

Ingredients:
- 18 Large egg yolks
- 1 c Sugar
- 1/2 c Marsala wine
Instructions:
1. Combine all & cook over double boiler, whisking always. When it reaches
a thick ribbon stage it is done, cool over a ice bath.
Serving Ideas : Great for topping bread pudding
