Zucchini Seafood Casserole

Directions:

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease baking dish (12 x 7 1/2 x 2). Mix all
ingredients together. Spread evenly into casserole. Bake uncovered until
golden brown and inserted knife in center comes out clean, 25-30 minutes.
Garnish with thinly sliced zucchini.

Ingredients:

4 c Zucchini; peeled and sliced
-1/4 inch
1 1/2 c Bisquick baking mix
1 1/2 c Shredded processed sharp
-American cheese
1 c Chopped onion
1 cn (6 1/2 oz.) crab meat;
-drained and cartilage
-removed or 1 can (6 1/2
-oz.) tuna, drained
1/2 c Vegetable oil
3 Eggs; beaten
1 ts Dried oregano
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
