1 3/4 c Canned cherries, tart
1 ts Almond extract
2 1/2 tb Butter
1 ts Salt
1/2 c Sugar
3 1/2 c Bread flour
2 1/2 tb Vital gluten
2 ts Active dry yeast
2/3 c Almond slivers
NOTES : Pack cherries tightly in a measuring cup. You may try to double
the yeast for a taller loaf. This is a low rising, dense loaf.
