4 c Lettuce, torn
1 md Avocado, peeled, cut into
- wedges
1 md Tomato, ripe, cut into
- wedges
1/2 c Onion, sliced 1/8 thick,
- separated into rings
1 cn ( 11 oz. ) Mandarin orange
- segments, drained
1/2 c Blue cheese, crumbled
8 sl Bacon, crisp, crumbled
Time: 20 minutes In a small bowl stir together all dressing ingredients. On
a platter or individual salad plates place lettuce. Arrange avocado,
tomato, onion and mandarin orange segments on lettuce; sprinkle with blue
cheese and bacon. Pour dressing over salad. Yield: 6 servings.
