Extra-Rich Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients:
- 4 tb Sweet butter
- 6 md Idaho potatoes; washed;
- -scrubbed, sliced thin
- 2 c Gruyere cheese; grated
- 6 cl Garlic; minced
- S&p
- 1 1/2 c Light cream
- 2/3 c Parmesan; grated
Instructions:

Oven at 350.
Grease a 9x13" baking pan with 1 T butter. Arrange: 1/3 the potatoes, 1/2
the cheese, 1/2 the garlic, season to taste. Repeat, ending with potatoes.
Pour cream over, sprinkle with Parmesan, dot with butter, and bake 90 min.
