Preheat grill. Brush the scallions with hoisin sauce and season with salt
and pepper to taste. Grill the scallions, turning once until just cooked
through. Grill the tortillas on each side for 20 seconds. Place 2 scallions
in each tortilla and roll.
16 Scallions; washed
1/4 c Hoisin sauce
Salt and freshly ground
