Herbed Corn Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1 c Milk
- 1/2 c Mayonnaise
- 1 Egg, well beaten
- 1 cn Whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 c Herb seasoned bread stuffing
- - mix
- 1 sm Onion, minced
- 1 ts Parsley flakes
- 1 c Dry bread crumbs
- 2 tb Oleo
Instructions:
Combine milk and mayonnaise, mix well. Add egg, corn, stuffing, onion and
parsley. Pour into greased and floured 8 inch round baking pan. Toss bread
crumbs with melted oleo. Sprinkle over corn mix. Bake at 350 degrees for
30 minutes.
