Israeli Coffee Chicken

Ingredients:
- 1 lg Broiler fryer 4lbs; cut in 8
- -parts, breast and legs only
- 3/4 c Black coffee
- 1 tb Ketchup
- 3 tb Soy sauce
- 2 tb Lemon juice
- 2 tb White vinegar
- 1 tb Olive oil
- 2 tb Brown sugar
Instructions:
Mix liquids and sugar and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5-10
minutes to reduce. Pour over chicken in a shallow baking dish and bake at
350 uncovered for 1 hour. Turn chicken pieces a few times while baking.
