Mary's Hoisin Chicken

Ingredients:
- 6 Chicken breast halves
- -without skin
- 1/4 c Hoisin sauce
- 1/4 c Plum sauce
- 1/4 c Soy sauce
- 1 md Piece fresh ginger root;
- -thinly sliced
- 1 Lime; juice of *
- 3 tb Cornstarch
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients (except chicken) in a bowl. Add chicken; coat well
and put it all in a crockpot. Cook 5-6 hours on low. Serve with rice.
