Mock Guacamole

Ingredients:
- 4 Green onions, each cut into
- -1-inch pieces
- 15 oz Very young small early peas,
- -(1 can) drained
- 1/4 c Nonfat sour cream
- -alternative
- 2 tb Tomatillo salsa
- 1 ts Olive oil
Instructions:
Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add green onions and peas.
Process until well blended. Add sour cream, salsa, and oil; process until
well blended.
Spoon mixture into a bowl; cover and chill. Yield: 1-1/2 cups (serving
size: 2 tablespoons).
Per serving: 50 Calories; 1g Fat (13% calories from fat); 3g Protein; 9g
Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 13mg Sodium
