Place all ingredients in a quart jar and set in a pan of hot water on a low
heat. Stir until well blended. Pour over vegetables just before serving.
While this is mainly for serving over green beans or other green
vegetables, it also makes a good sauce for seafood. Keeps well in the
refrigerator.
