Orange Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:
- 2 pk (3 oz) cream cheese
- 4 1/2 c Powdered sugar (up to 4-3/4)
- 1/2 c Softened butter
- 1 tb Apricot brandy or orange
- -juice
- 1/2 ts Finely shredded orange peel
Instructions:
In a bowl beat together cream cheese, butter, and brandy or orange juice.
Gradually beat in enough powdered sugar (4-1/2 to 4-3/4 cups) to make
frosting spreadable. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel.
Makes about 2-3/4 cups.
