Orange Filling

Ingredients:

3 Eggs; beaten
1/4 c Plus 2 tablespoons sugar
2 tb Butter
1 tb Plus 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly
-grated orange peel
1 tb Lemon juice
3/4 c Orange juice

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients and cook in double boiler stirring constantly,
until thickened. Chill until cool.
