Orange Frosting

Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Sugar
- 1/8 ts Cream of tartar
- 3 tb Water
- 1 Egg white
- 1 ds Salt
- 1 ts Grated orange rind
- 1/2 ts Orange flavoring
- 2 dr Red food coloring
- 2 dr Yellow food coloring
Instructions:
Combine sugar, cream of tartar, water, egg white, and salt in the top of a
double boiler. Place over simmering water, and beat at high speed of an
electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
Remove from heat; add orange rind, orange flavoring, and food colorings,
beating at high speed until well blended.
