Orange Glazed Carrots

Serves: 6 Servings

Ingredients:

4 tb Butter
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Orange juice
1/2 ts Salt
1 ds Pepper
1 lb Small carrots; cooked

Instructions:
Melt butter in skillet, add sugar, let brown slightly. Add juice, salt and
pepper. Cook drained carrots in this mixture until they are glazed.
