Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl. In separate bowl, mix ingredients for
soy mayonaisse, then add to chicken mixture. Mix well and refrigerate. Just
before serving, stir in chow mein noodles. [Also works as a Shrimp Salad.]

3/4 c Mayonnaise-Type Salad
Dressing
1 tb Lemon Juice
1/4 ts Ginger
1 tb Soy Sauce
1 c Chow mein noodles
