Oven-Fried Chicken

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 c Instant nonfat dry milk
- -powder
- 1 tb Paprika
- 2 ts Poultry seasoning
- 1/4 ts Pepper
- 4 Boneless skinless chicken
- -breast halves; (1 lb)
Instructions:
Combine the first four ingredients in a large resealable plastic bag. Add
chicken, one piece at a time, and shake to coat. Place in an 8-in, square
baking pan that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake,
uncovered, at 350F for 30 minutes or until juices run clear. Yield: 4
servings. Nutritional Analysis: One serving equals 240 calories, 204 mg
sodium, 78 mg cholesterol, 15 gm carbohydrate, 36 gm protein, 4 gm fat.
Diabetic Exchanges: 4 very lean meat, 1 starch. Editor's Note: Pork chops
may be substituted for the chicken. Bake for 1 hour or until a meat
thermometer reads 160F-170F.
