Grate cheese (small grate) into large mixing bowl. Drain liquid from
pimientos; mash with a fork and add to cheese. Add cayenne pepper,
Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce and black pepper to taste. Add
enough mayonnaise to reach desired consistency and mix thoroughly. Use
hands or a bix, wide fork to mix. Mixture will become firmer as it sets in
refrigerator.
Serving Ideas : Sandwiches, crackers, or on celery strips
