Cream together the sugar and butter. Add the eggs one at a time and beat
untill fluffy.
Fold in the drained pineapple and the nutmeats (walnuts pecans etc your
choice). Line an 8 x 8 cake pan with graham cracker crumbs, then add
alternate layers of mixture and crumbs. Refrigerate. Serve with whipped
cream and cherries on individual pieces.
NOTES : Note: All ingredients should be at room temperature before you
start.
