Popcorn Snack

Ingredients:
- 2 c Air-popped popcorn
- 1/2 c Oat bran flakes
- 1 ts Onion powder
- 1 ts Garlic powder
- 1 tb Grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Toss all together while popcorn is still warm. Makes 2-1/2 cups. PER
RECIPE: 154 cals, 4g protein, 30g carbs, 2g fat, 95 mg sodium, 4 mg
cholesterol.
TIPS: Use nonfat Parmesan and the cals go up a bit but the fat goes way
