Daddy Bob's Sit Down Cider Sauce

- 1/2 c KETCHUP
- 1 tb YELLOW MUSTARD
- 1 c CIDER VINEGAR
- 1 ts GROUND BLACK PEPPER
- SALT TO TASTE
Instructions:
MAKES 1 1/2 CUPS
IN A MEDIUM SAUCEPAN, WHISK TOGETHER KETCHUP AND MUSTARD. STIR IN VINEGAR,
PEPPER AND SALT. SIMMER OVER MEDIUM LOW HEAT FOR 15 MINUTES. STORE UNUSED
SAUCE INDEFINATELY IN A COOL DARK PLACE.
USE: ON PORK BARBECUE AND ANY OTHER MEAT THAT NEEDS A WAKE UP CALL. JIM'S
BROTHER, CHUCK, ONCE BASTED JIM'S NOSE WITH IT.
