Dried Tomato, Caper, And Olive Dressing

Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Mayonnaise
- 1 tb Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tb Dried tomatoes packed in
- -oil; minced
- 1 tb Drained bottled capers;
- -minced
- 1 tb Minced pitted drained
- -Kalamata or other
- ; brine-curd blackolives
- 2 tb Water; or enough to thin
- ; dressing to desired
- ; consistency
Instructions:
In a bowl whisk together all ingredients with salt and pepper to taste.
Makes about 3/4 cup.
