Elegant Lemon Cake Roll

Ingredients:
- Creamy lemon filling
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened
- Condensed milk
- 1 To
- 2 ts Grated lemon rind
- 1/3 c Lemon juice
- 5 dr Of yellow food coloring
- 1 1/2 c Frozen whipped topping,
- Thawed
Instructions:
Combine sweetened condensed milk, lemon rind, lemon juice, and food
coloring; stir well. Fold in whipped topping. Yield: about 3 cups.
