Indonesian Glaze

Ingredients:
- 3 tb Water
- 1 tb Oyster sauce
- 1 tb Dry sherry
- 1 tb Peanut butter
- 2 ts Brown sugar
- 1 ts Soy sauce
Instructions:
1. Place water, oyster sauce, sherry, peanut butter, sugar and soy in a
bowl and mix to combine. 2. Brush meat, poultry or fish with glaze and
grill, barbecue, pan cook or bake. Uses: Brush over kebabs for an added
flavor boost. Or use as a sauce for stir-fry beef or lamb with onions. Stir
in glaze just before serving.
