Ingredients:

1 c Stone ground white cornmeal
1 ts Salt
2 c Hot water

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together. Mixture will be thin. Spoon onto a buttered
griddle in 5 inch rounds and fry until golden brown.

Yield: serves 4 as a side dish
