Jumer's Sauerkraut

Ingredients:
- 1 qt Sauerkraut; (rinsed and
- -drained)
- 1 lb Bacon; (diced)
- 3 md Onions; (diced)
- 3 Bays leaves
- 1/3 c Sugar
- 1/3 c Caraway seeds
- 1 c White wine
- 1 c Chicken stock; (1 to 2)
Instructions:
Saute bacon, add onions and remaining ingredients. Add chicken stock, just
enough to cover ingredients. Simmer until kraut is tender (approx.
30 minutes).
