SCALE, clean and wash the fish thoroughly. Make deep slits on either side.
Mix all the ingredients, except oil, and marinate the fish in this mixture
for an hour in the refrigerator. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry till
done. Serve hot.

4 ts Red chilli paste; (20 g)
2 ts Turmeric powder; (10 g)
4 ts Coriander powder; (20 g)
2 ts Ginger paste; (10 g)
50 g Green chilli paste
1 Lemon; juice of
Salt to taste
1 Sprig curry leaves
Oil
