Nancy Style Lobster Noodles

Ingredients:
- 1 Round of noodles
- 1 Whole lobster; (alive)
- 2 Inches sliced ginger
- 3 Cloves sliced garlic
- 2 ts Wine
- 1 tb Oyster sauce
- 1 Whole chilli paste
- 1 1/2 tb Oil
- 1 tb Sugar
- 8 Floz stock
Instructions:
Soak the noodles in boiling water for 1 minutes. Drain in a colander and
rinse well with cold water. Squeeze out excess water. Clean the lobster and
cut into pieces. Slice the ginger and garlic.
Put the oil on a high heat and add the garlic and ginger. Add the lobster
and give a good stir then add stock. Cook for 10 minutes and remove to a
plate. Leave the gravy in the wok and add the remaining ingredients. Stir
for 5 minutes and put back the lobster and noodles. Stir well then remove
to a plate. Serve hot.
