Nasi Udang (Prawn Fried Rice)

Ingredients:
- 4 oz Prawns
- 1 Bowl boiled rice
- 1 Egg
- 1 Chilli; pound to taste
- 1 Clove garlic
- 1 tb Soya sauce
- 1 tb Oil
Instructions:
Heat the oil and add the garlic, prawns and the egg.
Stir them well and add the rice, Soya sauce and the chilli.
Serve hot.
