Open Salt Beef Bagel

Ingredients:
- 4 Plain bagels
- 200 g Creme fraiche; (7oz)
- 2 tb Wholegrain mustard
- 1 100 g pack Hot Deli salt
- -beef
Instructions:
Cut the bagels in half.
Mix the creme fraiche and mustard and divide the mixture between the bagel
halves.
Top with the Hot Deli salt beef and serve immediately.
