Orange - Ginger Halibut

Ingredients:
- 2 lb Halibut fillets; cut into 4
- -pieces
- 2 lg Orange; juiced
- 1 bn Green onions; chopped
- 3 c Oyster sauce
- 2 c Dry sherry
- 2 c Red wine vinegar
- 1 c Plum sauce
- 1 c Orange zest
- 1 c Ginger root; grated
- 1 c Sugar
- 3/4 c Toasted sesame seeds
- 1/4 c Cilantro; chopped
Instructions:
Make the marinate by blending all wet and dry ingredients together in a
medium size bowl and whisk until blended. Place fish in bowl and marinate
the Halibut in the marinade for about 1 hour. Brush hot grill with a little
olive oil and broil fish on both sides until it flakes. Glaze with extra
marinade and garnish with slice of orange and cilantro for color.
