Orange Saute (Carrots)

Ingredients:
- 2 c Carrots; grated
- 1/2 c Orange juice
- 1 tb Butter
- 1 tb Brown sugar
- 1/4 c Golden raisins
Instructions:
Cook grated carrots in orange juice, butter, brown sugar and raisines,
uncovered, until most of the liquid evaporates. Stir often. Serves 2.
