Reuben Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 2 Pieces Jewish Corn Rye;
- -thinly sliced
- 1/2 lb Corned beef
- 1/4 lb Swiss cheese
- 4 oz Sauerkraut; rinsed, drained
- 4 oz Russian Dressing; see * Note
Instructions:
* Note: See the "Russian Dressing" recipe which is included in this
collection.
Place 1/2 of corned beef and 1/2 of cheese on bread and repeat another
layer. Steam until corned beef is hot and cheese is melted. Layer beef,
cheese, sauerkraut, Russian Dressing and repeat. Top with bread.
