Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:
- 6 Eggs well beaten
- 2 c Milk
- 5 sl White bread torn into
- -pieces; (up to 6)
- 1 c Grated cheddar cheese
- 1 lb Cooked crumbled breakfast
- -sausage
- 1 ts Each of salt; dry mustard,
- -pepper.
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients and poor into greased 9 x 13 inch pan or 2 quart
casserole. May refrigerate overnight if desired. Bake at 350 for 40 - 45
minutes.
