Breakfast Shake (Alias Kp's Breakfast-On-The-Run!)

Ingredients:
- 8 oz Milk
- 1 Cube tofu (optional); (1
- -inch)
- 1/4 c Any flavor yogurt or use
- -plain yogurt and a fresh
- -banana; strawberries,
- -peaches or whatever fruit
- -you have
Instructions:
Tofu makes it frothy and thick. Place all ingredients in blender. Blend for
1 minute or until frothy. It's a great "breakfast-on-the-run". Try using
1/3 cup milk and 2/3 cup orange juice with plain yogurt. Or substitute a
raw egg for the yogurt. (Either supply you with the protein you need to
start the day.) Add a whole grain muffin (carbohydrates) to keep you going
well past lunch time.
