Using a sharp knife, carefully cut the pizza in half so you end up with 2
pizza's - nice and thin.
Grate the parmesan and spread evenly on the two bases. Cut the mozzarella
into thin slices and arrange on the top. Also thinly slice the salmon and
place on the top so it overlaps with the slices of mozzarella.
Drizzle with olive oil and season well and place in a pre heated hot oven
210?C/425?F/gas mark 7 for 5 to 8 minutes until golden brown in colour.
While cooking make the salad dressing and dress the salad leaves. Remove
from the oven and eat whole with some dressed leaves in the middle.

1 md Thickness pizza dough
200 g Buffalo mozzarella; (7oz)
150 g Fresh parmesan; (5oz)
