Combine all ingredients except the rice in a large
heavy skillet. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer for
10 minutes. Stir in rice. Replace cover and simmer for
20 minutes or until rice is tender. Adjust seasonings
if necessary. Stir in file just before serving.
2 cn 5 oz ea chunk white chicken
1 cn 14.5 oz tomatoes
1/8 ts Ground red pepper
1/2 ts Gumbo file seasoning
1/4 c Instant minced onions
1 c Chicken broth
1 c Uncooked white rice
