Brisket and Beer

Ingredients:
- 1 6-Lb Brisket Of Beef
- 1 Bottle Light Beer
- 1 Bottle Chili Sauce
- 1 pk Onion Soup Mix
- 1 Clove Garlic; minced
- Salt And Pepper
Instructions:
Rub salt, pepper and garlic into beef. Brown under broiler. add rest of
ingredients and cover. Bake at 350° for 3 hours. Turn twice while cooking.
Chill and slice thin.
