Blend the first three ingredients for the dressing. Reserve the tomato.
Toss the remaining items with the dressing and let sit overnight. When
serving garnish with the tomato wedges.
1 c Mayonnaise
1/4 c Granulated white sugar
2 tb Vinegar
1 c Grated cheddar cheese
1 Head broccoli; chopped
1/2 lb Bacon; cooked and crumbled
1/4 c Chopped red onions
1 Tomato; quartered
