Broccoli Salad #1

Ingredients:
- 2 pk Frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 1/2 pk Unflavored gelatin
- 1 cn Beef bouillon
- 1 1/2 ts Salt
- 2 tb Lemon juice
- 2 tb Worcestershire (optional)
- 2 ts Tabasco (optional)
- 3/4 c Mayonnaise
- 4 Hard boiled eggs; grated
- 3/4 c Cottage cheese
Instructions:
Cook broccoli for 2 minutes and drain. Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup beef
bouillon; heat remaining bouillon to dissolve gelatin. Then add remaining
ingredients, adding broccoli last. Pour into a mold and refrigerate. Serves
