Warm Champagne Dressing

Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Champagne vinegar
- 2 tb Sugar
- 1 ts Flour
- 2 ts Dry vermouth
- 1 ts Dijon mustard
- 1 tb Heavy cream
- 1 1/2 c Olive oil
- Salt & pepper; to taste
Instructions:
Combine the vinegar, sugar, flour, vermouth and mustard in a small
saucepan. Bring to a simmer. Gradually whisk in the cream and the olive
oil, in a steady stream. Season with salt & pepper. Remove from the heat
and use.
