Whipped Creme Fraiche

Serves: 7 Cups

Ingredients:

3 c Chilled whipping cream
3/4 c Chilled sour cream
3/4 c Powdered sugar
1 1/2 ts Grated orange peel
3/4 ts Vanilla extract

Instructions:
Using an electric mixer, beat all ingredients in large bowl until stiff
