Whisky Sour

Ingredients:
- 6 Parts whisky
- 2 Parts lemon juice
- 1 Part sugar syrup
- 1 ds Egg white
- 1 ds Angostura bitters
- Glace cherry
Instructions:
Fill a cocktail shaker 3/4 full with ice. Pour in the whisky and sour it
with the lemon juice. Add the sugar syrup, a dash of egg white, the
bitters, and shake.
Strain and serve with a cherry.
