Mix together salad dressing, egg and hot sauce; blend well. Dip chicken
wings into dressing mixture ( I leave mine whole and tuck the tip under the
meaty part), and roll in bread crumbs. Place in lightly greased baking pan
(I use a jellyroll pan) and bake at 400F for 40 minutes. Serve warm or at
room temperature.
1 c Seven Seas Buttermilk Salad
-Dressing
1 Egg; slightly beaten
1/4 ts Hot sauce; or to taste
3 lb Chicken wings
1 c Plain breadcrumbs
