In large skillet brown ground beef; drain. Add onion, mango pepper and
tomato sauce.Add seasonings. Cut cabbage into cubes; pull apart a little.
Add cabbage. Simmer 10-20 minutes in covered skillet.
2 lb Ground beef
1/2 lg Onion; chopped
1/2 Mango pepper; chopped
16 oz Tomato sauce
1/2 ts Cumin
1/2 ts Oregano
1 ts Salt
3 Garlic clove; minced
1 sm Cabbage; cubed
