Put all in large dutch oven, cover and bring to a boil, lower heat and
simmer for about 30 minutes, till all is tender. Optional, add mushrooms,
zuchinni or whatever you like.
1 Head cabbaage, coarsely

2 Or 3 potatoes, cubed
-one onion, chopped
2 Or 5 cloves garlic
1/2 c White wine and 1/2 cup
-water, or all water or all
-veggie broth
1/2 ts Each thyme, sage, white
-pepper or lemon pepper
-salt to taste
